    Homeowner's Policy

    This policy, otherwise known as an HO-3 or HO-5 Policy, covers your structure or dwelling, unattached structures or fencing, personal property, liability and medical payments to others.

    Condo Policy

    Otherwise known as an HO-6 Policy, covers your personal belongings, liability and medical payments to others, and can cover damage to the interior of your unit.

    Renter's Policy

    Otherwise known as an HO-4 Policy, covers your personal belongings in the event of a fire or theft. This policy also has liability coverage to protect you if someone is injured in/on your rented property.
